What we
cost
As a small business, we strive
to give you the best work at the lowest price. In fact, I am charging
what the cleaning company I trained with charged 10
years ago.
Inflation,
I am sure, has changed their prices, but not mine (okay, not by much!)!
I don't have many employees, I do a lot of the work myself, and I have
no personal office for overhead. Therefore, I don't even charge a first
clean hourly fee. From the beginning my fee is a flat rate that applies
to general cleaning (if you agree to subsequent cleans). Where other
companies may charge $35 per hour per person (that's $70 for one hour!)
and more (with a first clean typically lasting 3-5 hours), I charge the
rate you will be paying from the beginning. This does only apply to
weekly, bi weekly and monthly cleans. So, you have to be a regular or
your rate may have to be hourly. And you receive personal cleaning and
attention from the owner--that's important...we care about your
business.
Usually
a residential house with 2 1/2 baths, 3-4 bedrooms, a first floor with
kitchen, office, dining room, living room and front hall ranges from
$75-$95 for a full clean, described under WHAT WE DO.
I
admit that sometimes it's more, and sometimes it's less, but call and
find out. I give FREE cleaning consultations, and it's at your
convenience. You can't lose with that.
